Free Atomic Heart offers us an alternative version of the story. In the 1940s, robotics flourished in the Soviet Union thanks to the discoveries of the talented Dmitry Sechenov. As part of the Facility 3826 project, machines were built which, under the control of a neural network called Kollektiv 1.0, not only replaced people in many professions, but also significantly accelerated the development of cities and improved the living conditions of citizens.
Next, Sechenov set to work on an interface known as Thought, which would allow humans to plug into the Kollektiv system, ostensibly to allow them to control robots with their minds and give them instant access to the information free games to download.
A few days before the release of the Kollektiv 2.0 update scheduled for June 13, 1955, which would finally make Sechenov’s dream come true, things got out of hand. However, going through the facility is not easy. The Kollektiv system allows enemies to communicate with each other, so when we are spotted, they can call in reinforcements. Also, if we want to beat a lot of them, we have to sweat profusely. All of this means that the key to success here is careful observation of opponents looking for their weak points and sensible management of resources. In addition, sometimes a better solution than a frontal attack is to act in hiding and sneak behind enemies’ backs or silently eliminate them and hack into security systems.
Technical issues
